For ages 10-adult. A year round program held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7-8 p.m. A Japanese art of self-defense based on non-resistance and evasive maneuvers rather than strength. We are pleased to announce the return of the Aberdeen Rec Soccer Program! This soccer program is built under the principle of helping your young athletes strengthen their soccer skills while learning important skills such as teamwork, respect, and hard work. We have a fantastic group of volunteer coaches who are dedicated to provide youth soccer players the opportunity to experience a healthy, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment to learn and love the game of soccer.
Registrations will remain open through the end of October so register now! The Soccer program will run from March through May and September through November. Practice starts in March at Aberdeen High School in the evenings beginning March 21st 2022. Also, we need coaches and volunteers!
New program Adult Co Ed. Saturday evenings. March - May and Aug - Oct. No skills required. A fun social time for all.

North Bay Youth Co-Ed Touch Rugby is for ages 6-11 years old (or grades 1-5th) and is a great way to introduce them to the sport of rugby. Youth touch teaches a "tag" version of the traditional rugby game while introducing all the important skills and rules of the game. Fees will include a team t-shirt, rugby ball and closing tournament festivities. The summer season runs from mid-May to mid-July on Tuesdays and Thursdays. High School & Middle School (U13, U15 & U19) Boys Tackle Rugby. Must be enrolled in High School/Middle School (or home-school equivalent). No experience needed! Registration is $220 per player for U15 and U19. Registration is $120 for U13 players. Registration includes rugby shorts, socks, team t-shirt, indoor and outdoor practice space, referee fees, games and tournaments. All players must also register themselves with USA Rugby. The registration fee at USA Rugby is $26.00. Spring Season runs January through May with practices on Sunday afternoons, and Tuesday and Thursday nights. Games are held on Sundays. Age determination date is 11/1/21. The season will start approximately the 1st week of November and will go through until March. Singlet uniforms will be provided by the program for matches and tournaments. Each wrestler will receive a hoodie, t-shirt, and a pair of shorts to keep. Parents are responsible for providing wrestling shoes and headgear. There are many free events but some wrestlers may choose to attend extra events that may have entry fees associated.
